StackFade is a puzzle game developed by QBean Studio. We respect your privacy and aim to keep data collection limited to what is necessary to operate, improve, support, and monetize the app.
StackFade does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide personal information in order to play.
1. Information You Provide
StackFade does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or other personal profile information in order to play the game.
If you contact us for support, we may receive the contact information and message content that you voluntarily provide.
2. Gameplay Data Stored on Your Device
Game progress, high scores, best times, settings, and unfinished-game information may be stored locally on your device using Apple-provided storage.
QBean Studio does not upload this gameplay information to our servers. Local data may be removed when you delete the app and may be included in device backups depending on your Apple device and backup settings.
3. Advertising and Automatically Processed Information
StackFade uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process certain information when advertisements are requested or displayed.
Depending on your device, region, privacy choices, consent status, and applicable law, this information may include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location.
- Device or app-related identifiers, including advertising identifiers where permitted.
- Advertising data, such as advertisements shown and interactions with advertisements.
- App and product interaction information.
- Crash data.
- Performance data.
- Other diagnostic or technical information.
4. How Information Is Used
Information processed through Google AdMob may be used for purposes such as:
- Serving advertisements.
- Measuring advertising performance.
- Providing personalized or non-personalized advertising where permitted.

5. Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

6. App Tracking Transparency and Privacy Choices
On supported Apple devices, StackFade may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before allowing access to the device's advertising identifier (IDFA).
If you allow tracking, the advertising identifier may be used for purposes such as delivering more relevant advertisements and measuring advertising performance.
If you decline tracking, the advertising identifier will not be available for tracking purposes. You can continue using all game features, and advertisements may still be displayed.
You can change your tracking permission at any time through your device's iOS or iPadOS Settings.
In regions where consent is required for advertising-related data processing, StackFade uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present applicable privacy and advertising consent choices.
When required, a Privacy Choices option is available in the app so you can review or update applicable advertising consent choices. These choices do not override your Apple App Tracking Transparency decision.
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
Limited information may be processed by service providers that help us operate and monetize the app, primarily Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
Google and its advertising partners may process information necessary to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising in accordance with their privacy policies, your consent choices, device settings, and applicable law.
We do not operate our own advertising profile database and do not upload your locally stored gameplay progress, high scores, best times, unfinished games, or game settings to our servers.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
StackFade does not maintain user accounts or a QBean Studio-operated server-side database containing your gameplay progress or user profile.
Locally stored gameplay information remains on your device until it is replaced, reset, or the app is removed.
You can remove locally stored gameplay data by deleting the app.
Information processed by Google or other third-party service providers is retained and deleted according to their respective privacy policies, settings, and legal obligations.
Information you voluntarily provide when contacting us for support may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
If you contact us regarding personal information directly under our control, you may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
9. Children's Privacy
StackFade is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children.
The app does not require account registration or user profiles, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through such features.
Third-party advertising services may process information according to their own privacy policies, applicable law, consent requirements, and advertising configuration.
If you believe that a child has directly provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and address the situation.
10. International Processing
Google and its service providers may process information in countries or regions other than the country in which you live. Such processing is governed by their applicable privacy practices, legal safeguards, and applicable laws.

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our direct control. However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.
You may manage advertising consent through Privacy Choices inside the app where available and manage tracking permission through your Apple device settings.

Because StackFade does not require user accounts and we do not maintain a server-side gameplay database, in many cases we may not hold information that directly identifies you.
